Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bluenotes gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase both online and in-store. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
